"The Brasserie restaurant located within the hotel is over priced, the food portions are tiny and the quality is not great. Had the lamb in the evening £20 buys one slice of lamb with more fat than meat on one piece of aubergine. Vegetables are extra eg chips are another £4.5. Full English breakfast is also poor. 1 sausage, 1 mushroom, 3 pieces of sauté potato !!, 1 over cooked hard fried egg, 1/2 tomatoe and a cold coffee. Apart from that the mattress was worn out and the shower flooded the floor. Staff were great though"

"Breakfast, ten out of ten, egg Benedict was ace. Afternoon tea, always ten out of ten, quality was amazing and everything was of top quality. Dinner, the starter was out of this world, would have eaten a dozen portions. Hotel was very covid secure, always felt safe"
