"1st time visiting here with friends. Needed to wait to get a table as we didn't book in advance, but were sitted well before the time they stated. Staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Chips were to die for!! My only concern is that we had to go around the side of the restaurant and there was no at the corner where the slabs were as part of the footpath."

"Had Sunday lunch here ,started with creamy garlic mushrooms okish...bit like thick mushroom soup on toast... lamb sunday lunch looked really good with all the sides and gravy, a super large Yorkshire pudding only problem not one item had any taste...rounded up with 2 pepsis the total cost for two was just under £55...I think for what we had that was a bit expensive..2stars as food had no taste and price of meal... quantity was sufficient..."
