"Ordered here twice and both times they have accepted before then cancelling 20 minutes later without any explanation."
"Ordered 2 kebabs and some chips, was told it would be half an hour until it was delivered, well over an hour passed before it did arrive. Credit to flames though, they didn't charge and were very apologetic. The special chicken kebab was a very good size and the salad was very fresh."
"Avoid! Thought I'd try somewhere different, pizza didn't turn up as ordered, called the restaurant and with great painstaking difficulty explained the issue and was assured that a replacement pizza would be delivered, no such luck. On a side note regarding other food, chips more like fries and soggy, also chicken wings seen to be deep fried in sand or perhaps gravel, I honestly don't know how they got them to be so dry, so well done."
"Best Kebab in Wymondham? Image is a large chicken kebab special with salad and chilli sauce. Generous with peppers and onions! Chilli sauce was delicious but slightly on the mild side. Partner had chicken nuggets which were excellent, soft chicken and crunchy fresh batter. Chips also very good. The only reason I’m not giving a 5/5 is because it wasn’t as hot as it should have been. Despite the quick 25 minute delivery. Will definitely order from here again for my next Wymondham kebab."
"Been going to Flames for years and don't understand all the bad reviews as I've rarely ever had a bad experience, only times being the order being slightly wrong but they were happy to correct it. Always decent size portions and food tastes fresh. I've always ordered in person and collected, so none of the drama that comes with delivered food that can come with any takeaway"
