"Massive que out the door this morning. 3 staff members behind tills. 1 poor older lady serving everyone. Other 2 staff members cafe lady and younger lad doing nothing standing talking. Despite seeing a massive que. I walked out in the end. Very little sandwiches on the shelf. Possibly the worst petrol station I've been to. Rubbish service. Shocking."
