"*edit - i was not rude - after the second call i was told the driver had dropped the meal and it had been resent. I said what you really mean is you forgot the order when i rang to chase it up 15 minutes ago because you told me something different then. If yoj forgot the order just apologise and say its on the way. Your customer service isn't up to much clearly in your response! I've always had good service from here but it's gone down hill recently. Definitely will not use again. Id avoid at all costs if i were you.* Currently an hour ans 15 mins waiting for a delivery of a burger and a drink. Told twice its been sent! Waste of time and a bad attitude."
