"Grossly mismanaged by Natalie George with a deputy manager called Dominik, both of whom are so incompetent. Don't ever bother ordering a pizza for a specific time as they just ignore you, cook it immediately and then leave it under the hot lights to keep it warm!! When I told them I ordered it for a specific time they told me that I didn't but I then showed them the confirmation on my phone and they didn't have a clue what to say. I have since emailed Natalie again but she sees fit to just ignore her customers hoping they'll go away. Well I will certainly be going away never to return! Grossly incompetent, grossly mismanaged and an absolutely disgraceful way to treat their customers. If I wanted to heat a pizza when I got home I'd have gone to Tesco's!! Far cheaper and you are greeted with a smile rather than lied to!!"
