"Upon ordering a garlic cheese chip in this establishment to my surprise I was given something that could only be described as an abomination. There was a thick film of burnt, greasy cheese smothering the top of the chips that is best compared to the firefighter from Chernobyl in the final stage of decomposition. I will not be returning."

"Ordered " Taco chips with Taco Sauce" ... regular chips with Taco sauce came. Rang up, was told "there's no meat in Taco chips, Taco chips are just chips with sauce" Am I taking crazy pills?? Am I actually tripping balls ? Since when do Taco Chips not come with meat? Taco chips surely come with Taco meat ? That's why they're called Taco chips? Never ordering there again. Ridiculous. Carry on. Chicken was good. But this has outraged me. Taco chips with no meat. If tomorrow it transpires this has been an elaborate wind up, it will all make sense. Other wise I'll be eternally perplexed the rest of my life. Poor mother in law starving here like . That said chicken was good. I probably will order again"

"All the food is as expected apart from taco chips, - chips and cheese they call it taco chips, - ordered few times by mistake, - phoned them and they explained that I need Mexican chips, - got them with no sause but vegetables on, - this is only downside I can see, - everything perfect except taco chips"

"⚠️⚠️WOULD BE 0 STARS ONLY GOOGLE STARTS AT 1 STAR⚠️⚠️ Ordered a Kebab meal. Got the drink and the Kebab. Rang the restaurant to be told will take 10 minutes. Asked to replace the order as the Kebab would be cold by the time the chips arrived. Person on the phone argued saying no it's not happening for 3-4 minutes. I said at this rate it would be 15 minutes for chips so requested the driver return with my money. Asked to speak with a manger he said you are but kept speaking to a lady while trying to cover the speaker. If a customer has an issue that is the fault of the restaurant then the management should at least have to decency to speak to the customer. I've used the restaurant for many years but this has really soured the place for me. Requesting my order arrives together was not an unreasonable request when the error was on the part of the restaurant. I highly suggest checking your orders and retraining the staff member on the phone his attitude was appalling."
