"2.5 hours waiting on an order, rang to see where it was and was told they never received my order, although i have an email confirming my order. Tried complaining and they said they would refund my money and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... ILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN... EITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!"

"This place does the best nachos I've ever tasted but the service is really terrible. I ordered food for collection and arrived at the collection time and had to wait 20 minutes in the shop, this may not seem like much but when you have a child with ASD waiting 20 mins is really tough and the reason I choose to pre order. There was no apology or mention of the delay. While we were waiting people were coming in off the street and standing in the shop 10 minutes before anyone even recognised they were there. Service was just really poor. I'd give this place 4star for food but no stars for service."

"I ordered the food online and it was delivered 2 hours and a half after. On arrival the quality of the food was poor. The chips in my spice box were wet and oily while my wife who ordered nachos received them stone cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted a bit. The staff wasn’t extremely helpful and didn’t apologize either and justified their delivery time by saying “We are busy”. I’d recommend buying from other places not here."
