"Just eat app said between 35 and 50 minutes for delivery after my order was placed it said it will be there between an hour and an hour and 20 minutes when this time finished I had to ring Four star pizza and ask where my pizza was. i was told it was on the way. It was another 20 minutes after this when it did arrive the food was cold will not be ordering again from here One hour and 36 minutes waiting for food ridiculous"

"Delivery man wouldn’t give me my change and was trying to give me free cans instead saying he was broke until my mam came out this happend last week. My little cousin ordered today and was suppose to receive two cans of fanta, the delivery man told him he’s broke and gave my cousin a bottle of water from aldi."

"I placed an order for my 3 young children at 5 I had to ring back at 6.05 and I was told that a driver broke down at 5.15 and because the shop was busy we havnt even made the food yet. I asked why I was contacted by phone when the driver broke down and was told by the manager that he has being in work from 12 today holding everything together and it was my fault for ordering. I then went down to the shop to get my order and speak to the manager that was on the phone couldn't get him so had to speak to another manager and while dealing with him his wife who doesn't work for 4star started to have a go at me because I wasn't going to pay for the order and wanted the make a complaint"

"Tried to order the lunch deal with them today (in specified lunch hours) was told in the shop that the lunch deal was online only (did not see that when I looked up the menu?!), was refused offer and charged 4 Euro extra and when I returned to collect ask exactly where on the menu it stated online deal they could not tell me only that because it was not on their POS system they did not really care. So basically another rip of Ireland story... once again.... pizza looked awful, staff passive agressive. The place used to be ok but will take my business elsewhere (which they will tell me to go ahead and have a nice day with...) your loss not mine, the pizza and abuse is just not worth it. Plenty of other much better places around."
