"Waited an hour and 20 mins for a bland, cold pizza...2 phone calls to the store and they were trying to say it should be hot...yea it should be!!! That's the whole idea.. Stores 6 mins down the rd...3.50 delivery charge.. After 1st call i was told driver on way.. He wasn't Save your money go to Domino's!!"
"Had ordered 15 triple decker boxes for yesterday for between half 4 and 5pm , food came at half 4 , hot and driver was so nice and James who took order was brilliant too, double checked to make sure we had order correct, will definitely use for another family event, thanks guys for being so great...."
"Will never order from here again. After 1 hour of my order not changing status in their online system, I called in. The guy in customer service couldn't be more unprofessional or rude. Didn't even feel I was calling a business. Funnily after that, my order immediately changed status (they misplaced my order and they tried to lie about it). Not even a sorry from this person. After another hour of not hearing from my order I called again. He blamed it all on the delivery person. Sure, 2 hours of a late order and constant calls: it's none of your fault. Thanks to this experience, you lost a customer for your lack of accountability and abysmal effort. Will recommend anyone to avoid this company too."
"Ordered family deal: 5 pizzas, 3 chips and 3 garlic bread for €70. Only received the pizzas. Rang the shop and was told that its not a deal anymore. Offered a refund of €5. The employee on the phone was very rude. Pizzas were also cold."
