"Worst experience ever! Brought my 6 months baby for ear piercing and it was done asymmetrically, so basically one piercing higher than the other. I had to remove the earring from one side and give it time to allow it to heal. I was thinking this was just an innocent mistake and will not happen again. I brought my baby again after 6 months to get her ear re pierced, the girl who did it the second time didn’t pierce the ear fully and we had to remove the earring. I feel so bad for putting my baby through this again! I should’ve looked for a more professional place! Now I have to wait for her ear to heal and take her for piercing for the 3rd time!! Please don’t bring your child/baby to this place"

"My daughter and I arrived early. Receptionist claimed that the only piercer was running late and told us to go and eat something. We returned a little while after aimlessly wandering and he was still not there. I just said that we had to go. My daughter was nauseous with nerves. No support or sense of logical punctuality. We came back at 11.40 and the appointment was for 11.00. Disgrace."
