"Warning: If you choose Mimosa Flowers you're only getting outstanding customer service and unreal quality work!! I live in Dublin and wanted to make a surprise to my girlfriend who lives in Belfast. I loved the way how I received an email with a 20 seconds video of the flowers i have purchased plus I happened to make a mistake with the address and the driver called me asking for directions that man was an absolute legend. Very friendly and helpful! I only wish we had more businesses with this level of service. Thanks a million guys."

"SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE & GORGEOUS FLOWERS! I live in California and my daughter lives in San Antonio. Our cousin lives in the north of Ireland and we wanted to send her something very special for her birthday. Enter Mimosa Florists - Wow! Just Wow! My daughter sent her arrangement and I sent mine. The customer service (thanks Wendy) was wonderful and the pictures of the flowers, sent by both the florist and my cousin, were 'ah ha' moments! Thank you (Wendy) Mimosa!! "I live in Dublin but needed flowers delivered locally to a friend in Belfast for her birthday (today). I placed the order yesterday, and I asked for lots of 'pink' (her favorite colour). Mimosa Flowers did a wonderful job with the arrangement, and I was so delighted to see a video of the flowers from the company as well as a beautiful pink birthday balloon! My friend was so surprised and delighted, and thinks they are gorgeous. They also look like they are going to last and will continue to bloom all week! "I am just wishing to clarify on my wifes behalf on a previous review that this is infact the reply she received from fergusons flowers regarding the flowers that she ordered. This is the flowers after day 3. No matter the price you spend on the flowers they should last the guaranteed time scale the store specifically stated the price of the flowers to which I do not know why or maybe to the store £25 on flowers is maybe not worthy if the full guarantee??? Well in my opinion the cost does not matter! I also just wish to clear up the fact that my wife has just rang the shop asking David who infact asked for the address for these flowers to be replaced? Because in actual fact this conversation did not occur, and of course he could not give an answer because this gesture was not offered. You will clearly see from the whats app reply from the store it was indeed a money off next purchase voucher offered that is when my wife spoke directly to david and that is when the half of a refund was offered to which she politely declined because all she really wanted was for the flowers to be replaced for her mother. I am absolutely horrified that a company would try to defend themselves in this way when they know the real truth behind the outcome of this matter and I for one will not let anyone make out that the previous review was down right lies on my wifes behalf. Good luck for the furture fergusons flowers with this kind of customer service you are going to need it."
