"Gave the lady a brief for our wedding flowers, supplied lots of photos to illustrate our requirements, agreed a budget and visited her home on three occasions to go through different samples and to finalise our proposal. We left satisfied assuming that everything was to plan. Come the wedding day we arrived at the venue and to our dismay the table flowers were scatty, it looked like she'd cut back on all of the more expensive flowers we had requested, only to be replaced with cheaper ones. Absolutely nothing we could do. So disappointed. My wife is still very upset. ;?("
