"I was promised that they would come on a specific day and no one showed up that day. When they did come, they left the house full of dust, cleaning products used didn’t smell nice, face towel was removed from bathroom and found in the kitchen soaking in a cleaning product (I assume it was used in cleaning!!!!) and lastly the washing up liquid was gone after they left (maybe it was an honest mistake and they assumed it belongs to them)."
