"I paid for vouchers for my partner 3 years ago, and after multiple attempts of contact (telephone, email, Facebook), we have had zero correspondence and now cannot get through to any Rock n Roll Studios across the entire country. Absolute waste of money, DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID! Purchased a voucher for a tattoo session for my husband as a birthday gift. After many attempts to book a session (emails no one replied to and phone calls no one was answering) we finally received a date of his tattoo session. He had to take a day off work and travel 45mins to the appointment just to find out the studio was closed and of course no one was picking up the phone to give him any information. Again, no reply to our emails. Eventually we had to go though paypal to get our money back. I'm not sure if the company is going out of business but it definitely seems like no one cares about the customers anymore. I also heard they don't pay their tattoo artists. Please, and I can't stress this enough, do not waste your time and money. Tattoos are for life and they should be done by someone trustworthy. Huge disappointment."

"I love rocknroll tattoo I've had three of them done there by Lado and I love them. The reason for the three stars is I've contacted them through their website twice in the past couple of weeks to arrange another tattoo and they have not only not replied but I never got anything to confirm it was received. The place is great, the tattooists are amazing; but online customer service sadly let's them down. So if you want a tattoo I suggest you pick up the phone and call them otherwise you'll be waiting an age."
