"I had visited the studio at around 10am and explained to the young blonde girl on the desk (tattoo on the side of her head) that my nose ring has been giving me hassle. She initially suggested that I buy aftercare. I had said that I'd need to wait until the following week. She then took me out the back to have a thorough look at it and cleaned it without any pain at all. This girl couldnt have been any nicer and patient - completely professional and an asset to the company"
