"I ordered a corsage and matching button hole for my son’s leaving prom on the Saturday to be collected on the Tuesday after 4pm. Not only was the order not completed upon collection but the button hole was not made at all. It was too late to wait any longer. Asking the staff why it wasn’t made she started telling me she was really under it along with her own personal details. REALLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN!!!"
