"Took my yorkie here because the groomer I used before made a complete hack job of him, somehow broke the buckle on his collar and left him petrified of brushes etc. . . I took him to Michael and he was brilliant he took his time with my dog and made him look the best that he's ever been . . . I booked in for another cut 6 weeks later which was just a couple of days ago and my dog was kissing Michael and the lady who works there when he was leaving. . . I can't fault the place they are so friendly and put your mind at ease as I was nervous leaving my dog with anyone after the previous groomer . . . Definitely wouldn't change groomers now"

"Professional service, and my mutt gets a nice hairdo. But last time in there was a massive increase in prices (about 14%) which was disappointing. Understand prices rise, but this hike is just too rich for my blood so unfortunately have to take my puo elsewhere. Pity"
