"I have previous piercings elsewhere and the piercer didn't put any effort in to see if I was happy and comfortable, it was so painful and I now have a wonky piercing which put me off having my eyebrow and vertical lip done. Over 3 years later and I finally got them done with Jess! I was so scared but she was so quick and it didn't hurt half as much as I thought it would (just a bit sharp and some pressure).
