She couldn't have been more helpful in the selection of flowers and what design of display I should have. And, the price was very reasonable too. I am a small business myself and I read Lyn's reviews before I decided to use her. I have seen the solitary "one star" review which sticks out like a sore thumb amongst all the other reviews. I chose to ignore it and I am so pleased that I did. The negative review is completely out of sync with all the other reviews. "I was unable to find exactly what I wanted for my brother's funeral tribute, on the website and so I emailed Lyn's Floral Designs with the details of what I wanted, including flowers, foliage, size, number of stems etc. I included a photograph of what I had ordered elsewhere on a previous occasion. The professional communication left no room for ambiguity. The beautiful tribute, on the day was remarked upon by many of the mourners who complimented the quality of the flowers and the overall prettiness of the tribute. "fantastic service, I was well looked after, we had a gorgeous arrangement of funeral flowers that were designed exactly the way we wanted them. it was a very difficult period and we did chop and change our minds quite a few times! Lynn was very patient and waited until we were ready to make a decision which was very much appreciated. great service and lovely lady. really looked after us at a difficult time and made an experience that is very hard a little more bearable would definitely recommend in fact i've recommended to a good friend of mine that is due to get married for her wedding flowers thank you very much"
