"They literally scammed me . I paid £45 for a medium bouquet to be delivered next day . The next day morning I received a text message that they ran out of medium bouquets and if I pay more £45 they will deliver a large one . I was not happy with the approach and I asked them to cancel the transaction and to refund me . I was assure that the refund will be issue next working day , Monday . A week already after the transaction I have not received any money back and they have the gut ,even if I proved them the payment and the history of the text messages, to tell me that they don’t recognise this transaction and they don’t remember texting me even after I sent them a copy of the text messages. I don’t recommend them at all !"
