His nursing staff really made me feel at ease also. I attended with something that has been bothering me for years and they couldnt be more than helpful."

"The female receptionist (middle aged, brown hair, glasses) at 6 Lisburn Road needs a personality transplant. Never have i came across a receptionist so rude before. She had such an attitude on her for no apparent reason. Maybe it just wasn't her day, but paying for a service, that is completely unacceptable. She kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me speak, she spoke over me and generally just seemed like she didn't want to be there. I understand people have off days, but i still would like to be treated with some respect. All of the other staff were lovely and couldn't have been nicer."
