"Ordered flowers for my partner's anniversary for Saturday morning. Man arrived that very day with the wrong flowers, handing them to my partner, ruining the surprise. Called the shop, they apologised and sent the man back to collect the wrong flowers. Come Saturday afternoon the flowers had still not arrived. I sent an email asking for a full refund, and suddenly the flowers then arrived that afternoon. Asked for a 50% refund considering the whole debacle and did not even receive a reply. Overall - a complete nightmare!"
"I was expecting to receive some sun flowers from my boyfriend from this shop but they didn't arrive. He called to ask why and the response was "you placed the order when we were closed and we missed it". They kindly sent a complementary bouquet, 2 weeks later which was very kind. I received them on Thursday. By Saturday they were dead. Glad he didn't waste his money on them."
