"Absolutely amazing customer service from Natasha right from the word go. I don't live in the area so made email contact to arrange a floral delivery. Natasha was fantastic and send ideas of arrangements/price. Worked exactly to my budget. On day of delivery I discovered recipient was out of country. Natasha was amazing and said she would rearrange another bouquet for when they returned at no extra cost. Both the original and replacement arrangements were stunning. I highly recommend Natasha and just wished she lived in the same area as me so that I could always get flowers from her!"

Natasha assembled an incredibly beautiful bouquet (I was sent pictures), was clear and regular in her communications, and made the payment process simple. It's a bit nerve wrecking submitting a payment to a stranger overseas, but the whole process was professional. I will definitely contact her again for future flower deliveries."

"My daughter had surgery in London and was confined to hospital. I called Natasha late that afternoon and specified a particular arrangement I hoped she'd be able to prepare. She promised to visit the Flower Market first thing the next morning to find exactly the blossoms she needed. She did exactly that! Then she prepared the array and delivered it herself to the clinic by 9 am. All before her working day officially began. Five stars are not sufficient to commend this level of service.There should be six at least!"
