"Ordered flowers for a relatives birthday. By the second day half the flowers where dying and one rose was rotten so must have been put in the display like this. The relative didn’t say anything about the poor condition of the flowers as they didn’t want to seem ungrateful so it was until I visited I noticed it. Flowers & Plants refuse to do anything as they were contacted 3 days after delivery instead of 2 days, even though the photos were taken on the second day. Poor flower quality and poor customer service."
