"I recently bought an expensive bunch of roses from The Flower Gallery (cost £53). After 2 days the flowers had started dying and by day 3 were done. They had been cut, fresh water added ie all the right things. I took photos of the dead flowers and went back to the shop to tell them the bunch had already died after 3 days. I showed the photos to the lady I had bought them from. She was totally disinterested. I will never go back there again."
