"Very satisfied with my telephone order. From the person who had initially took my order she was pleasant and helpful in advising me of what was available. On receiving my order, the delivery was acceptable and the actual flower arrangement was professionally presented. Would recommend ordering from this flower-shop!"

"Great service and easy. Always get the best from Aspens. 100 times better than the chain florists. Nothing beats local. Ordered birthday flowers to be delivered and Joanne was kind enough to update on change of flowers and delivered with great friendlies. Have used Aspens for many years and is always my go to Florist. Thank you for serving the community so well."

"Excellent service provided, care taken over delivery instructions by me the customer. I wanted to ensure they were received by my friend in a care home. A welcome call came, to acknowledge who they handed the flowers to , at reception . My friend was delighted and said the flowers were beautiful she was celebrating her 84th birthday. So thank you to the staff at Aspen's Florist, For your wonderful care !"

"I will never use this florist again! I ordered flowers for my elderly mothers birthday. They are always at home. There service has no tracking and no updates so after hearing nothing all day, I called to ask if the order was delivered, only to be told no, the woman informed me there was no answer at the door and a card was left and they are awaiting a response. The letter box is outside so it's unlikely to get checked over the weekend. I expressed my disappointment, and thought I may drive the 5 min to collect them and deliver them myself, I was told they are closing very soon. The women was rude, no apology was offered, just keep reciting the company policy and then told me not to get irate! She then continued to inform me they would attempt delivery again in the morning, (like they was doing me a huge favour), but if the door was unanswered again i would get charged for future attempts! Her colleague informed her several neighbours refused to accept the delivery on behalf of my mother, which sounds like complete rubbish as my mother has some very well known neighbours who will always be happy to take deliveries. When I asked why she didn't call me, she said thats not our policy, you are the bill payer not the recipient. Overall very poor customer service and bad attitude which is the reason for the bad review, your going to need some CS training as an apology and good customer service skills go a long way and can usually always defuse a bad situation. Your delivery status system also needs attention."
