After placing the order, realised I’d made a mistake with the date. Emailed to explain and received excellent customer service in response. On collection, flowers matched the photo description and card was nicely handwritten."

"I was sceptical about using this florist given the bad reviews but was rushing around and didn't have time for an alternative. I can honestly say my experience was entirely positive, Simon was super help and has beautiful flowers! I'll be buying all my flowers from here in future. If you're not sure about going, please do, it's awful for independent businesses when people leave poor reviews."

"I am extremely disappointed with the amount of bad views on here about customer service here. I feel like with all of this review the management would do something about this by now. I am more disappointed because I wanted to order my dads funeral flowers from here and now I’m worried I will get bad service and I just can’t be going through that right now. I strongly recommend management or the owner to put their foot down and sort out their staff or maybe it’s themselves that they need to sort out because it’s a shame to have a perfect location and flowers but silly staff who can’t even give the customer a bit of a smile. My experience wasn’t as bad but the lady who served me was moody and didn’t really have much of an energy but at that time I didn’t really care and wanted to leave but now reading this before trying to order funeral flowers I feel so disappointed."

"I bought 2 Xmas decorator pot from the shop as the photo shows. Should be £12.90 as the old lady told me. But today I checked my bank statement, I have been charged £21.90. Phoned the shop, told me I have to bring those two flowers and the receipt back. But I live one the east side of London, gonna cost me more for the travel fee. The lady on the phone said “I’m really busy, there’s no better solution”. I think there is a better solution which I can took photos and you guys can transfer the money back to me."
