"Had an absolutely appalling experience using this service if you can call it that. I paid to take my ring out of Colindale jewellers and wanted to look at several items. The man behind the counter a short man said are you actually going to buy something?! Well obviously I’m here looking at things and I asked him why he was being so rude to which he answered I’m not going to show you any more! I wanted to buy something and had money with me but his attitude was absolutely disgusting and walked off into the back. I would highly recommend not using this service as it’s disgusting and unprofessional! Never again! Really disappointed and disgusted. Awful awful customer service and extremely ignorant and rude."
