"Awful customer service. Booked a collection a week in advance with someone called Sara who told me she was off the following week but to send details of my packages the following Thursday. I did, but received no reply. I called several times but no one could confirm whether my package would be collected. Spoke to a very rude lady called Michila who informed me that there were 2 days of public holidays in Northern Ireland (I'm in England). When I asked why no one had told me this she said it wasn't their job to inform people of when their bank holidays are!! When I asked her why Sarah hadn't mentioned this, the told me ''you'll have to ask Sarah'' and slammed the phone down on me!!! AVOID!!!"
