"Very rude manageress... I asked a female member of staff if I could use the toilet as I have a medical condition that makes me urinate more frequently, She replied I will ask my manger who happened to be in the next isle. The manager then poked her head around the isle, looked me up and down and said " I don't think so" How judgemental?? Thw only reason i can think of is because i have a shaven head personally She looked like a scruffy so how could she judge my appearance. Unfortunately this made me feel very disappointed and had to just leave my shopping behind and go elsewhere."

"Great shop with every thing one might want , but called in their today at 950am and the assistant, rude , no customer care , another store called nisa local , another shop with very similar stuff as the co op but staff friendly and most of all helpful, with a plesent nature, co op please 're train or replace that awful women, does she want to be their"
