"It is familiar in a someone's post - a woman who works in the evening regularly gives a dirty look to a customer if he/she asks her anything. I experienced the same. Two young lads in pm/evening shift never say thank you to the customer who pays the money when the customer (me) says thank you to the staff. AM shift staff seems better. However, yesterday, a different young lad at the till in the evening put my items in a bag for me and actually said thank you. I was shocked for something quite normal in normal shops. Well done! Please keep going that way, young lad!"
