"Horrible customer services, when to collect a parcel with 16 items in but could not find it even though the tracker said it was there since 26 of August then my phone number was taken to give me a call because probably it was in the store room which was locked and had not had the key, this happened on Wednesday this week, never got a call back. Today I called, as I was speaking the line was cut off, called again 3 times no one picked up the phone, the 4th time the lady answered and said wait and after 3 seconds cut off the call again. The worst place to pick up orders."
