"There is one particular employee at this branch who is rude! Don’t know how she’s still working here for years - Kamala (usually works at the self checkouts) comes across as very passive aggressive. Her approach to customer service is appalling. i don’t understand what one has done for her to go off like that nor do i personally know her. she’s utterly rude & i am very disgusted with her behaviour. Learn the basic skills of mannerism, it’s very embarrassing to even tell her to act her age at this point. if you don’t like your job, just quit. Your problem isn’t everyone’s problem."
"Should be called poundsland. 90 percent of items are more than a pound now. Half empty shelves and stock out of place and very untidy and unhygienic as kids play with items and replace them back on shelves like biscuits, crisp packets and sweets while sticking their fingers in their nose and mouths."

"Worst return service among any poundland store, staff is very rude if you go and try to return anything, first they refused to return but after argument and showing poundland policies they process your return. I do not have such bad return experience in other poundland stores across London"
