"Went to a strength and conditioning class here, everyone was so lovely and welcoming. The work out was exceptional as well, with lots of great training , tips , very supporting group. I would definitely recommend, Tuesdays class with noel."

"Been coming here for years, the coaches are all great and there is a great atmosphere in the gym. The pay monthly options are good value for money and there are classes for everyone. I can't really comment on the MMA side of things but it looks like their results speak for themselves."
