Formation Physiotherapy

"I had ongoing back problems and also numbness in my hands. I made no progress seeing various doctors, and limited progress seeing other physiotherapists. Formation physiotherapy was the 4th physiotherapy team I tried. The numbness in my hands almost ceased completely and I now have significantly reduced pain in my back and much more flexibility. I had tried pilates in two ther places but formation was by far the best. Things improved so much I have even able to join an energetic street dance class. Thx to the formation physiotherapy team. They are brilliant!"

"Fantastic spot. I found my knees got sore lately when I increased my running distance from 5k to 10k. I booked in here, as it was recommended by a friend, and haven't looked back. Jill was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, and start a treatment plan to get me back to full strength. She was able to work at it and ask questions around it to effectively diagnosis the issue. Then Jill gave me exercises and told me to ice it to remove inflammation before moving on to strengthening exercises - she even was able to advise how to adjust my running while not at full strength. Now, four weeks later, I am almost back to full strength. I can run with no pain in my hamstrings (where they join my knee) and am enjoying running again whilst slowly building it back to to 5k and beyond and am doing exercises to continue to strengthen it. Lovely clinic, fantastic physiotherapists, and pretty reasonable value for money. Great location too! Very down to earth and thus highly recommended!"
