"Staff extremely unfriendly and unhelpful when I ask them to help me find an item but friendly to other customers of a certain colour. I'm certain I will not be returning and will be telling friends and families about this unfortunate incident, this is a lesson to the staff they should learn customer services and manners and the manager wasn't even there for me to report this incidents."

"Extremely racist place not everyone just the Arab security man. Follows me everytime I go there I even have video evidence. He saw me filming him once and he ran after me out of the shop and starts screaming at me telling me to delete it I was terrified and manager is not doing anything about it no matter how many times I report it!!"

"I’ll be going further with this but I do not recommend this Superdrug at all. The security guard and all the workers were following me everywhere I went ecspacially the security guard and the security guard also kept giving me dirty looks and would not leave me alone and would keep staring me down. The woman shouted at me as well since she made a mistake thinking I was using a product when it was a tester there was no need. The most racist store I’ve been to don’t recommend and will be taking this further."
