"Seriously rude lady (middle aged with a long light pony tail) there telling me I need ID for Lemsip, even though I’m clearly old enough. I don’t have a choice as I needed it for family so I grab my ID and ask her to keep it aside since there aren’t many left. I come back within 5minutes and they’ve put it away and they didn’t even ask for ID this time. Waste of my time and just seems like she wanted to exercise the little power she feels in life"

"Very rude staff and I believe their behavior even goes worst depending on your skin color. Coop need to orient their teams on behavior and how to treat customers. Very unhappy, I just go few items, which I easily find there."

"Oh my god what a bloody joke I've been to the co-op in Denham Croxley Watford and I thought the company wasn't half bad that was until I got to Ickenham, I am shocked and disgusted that you would hire someone or a group of individuals is shameful and with the way the manage here acts I don't think they'll have a job here much longer with that kind of attitude. It's a shame really because I really wanted to make a tiktok video on how friendly your staff are but now I'd rather tell them to go elsewhere. Their attitude was so bad I would've given the place -10 stars if google allowed me."

"Very very rude staff especially the manager which has no idea how to do her job properly. Worst experience!!! That code on the bill is crucial for top up the electricity and they broke the bill and put me to contact the pay point myself to recover the code, the manager wiped the floor in that time and have no clue to answer or to take action about! The other day they made wrong top up on plus 30£ an I have go back and I give them the money back because we are in community! Shame!! Me in my entire life I will not going there! Ever"

"I have Parkinson's and am unsteady on my feet. I wear a badge asking people to "give me time". The staff in this shop are rude and uncaring, They make absolutely no allowance for disability. The Co-op branch in Ruislip was the same, it closed down because people wouldn't go in there because of the rudeness. The Ickenham Co-op will go the same way. It's a shame as the products are good quality"
