"Rang Club World Travel today and asked about a holiday over the summer. As my boyfriend and I’s jobs are so demanding it is difficult to know when we can take off work. We have booked holidays a month before for years now and it has worked for us. I asked about a holiday at the end of June or start of September. The lady on the phone was patronising and rude as she kept reminding me of how late I was booking a holiday to the US and Mexico. This is actually very doable and I have already researched the flights and hotels for these locations during these dates. She repeated I would need the time and budget (all of which we have). As it appeared this task took her by such a shock, I asked about other locations across the world and she said I would need to come into the office. It appeared like she was struggling with the idea of sending me a few locations across over email."
