"Great customer service from Dan at Hatha today. After 3 trips out, with the fibreglass paddle that came with my new board, (which I love by the way) i discovered a crack in the shaft of the handle section. I called Hatha who asked that I send photos of the part by email and they would respond within the hour. True to their word they replied in under an hour, resulting in a new paddle being sent out to me to replace the faulty one. Based on the service i have received since purchasing my SUP from them i would have no hesitation in recommending Hatha Paddleboards and will be going back to them for a touring board at some point. Thanks to Dan for sorting this out."

So a useful phone call with Dan on Friday and discussing the finer points of the Hatha board over my existing ones led to me making a purchase and the Hatha Carve arrived this lunchtime. Unboxing was a delight as the apparent quality is evident as soon as you rip open the box. Unrolling and pumping up reveals just how great the Oxygen Carve looks in the flesh with the wood effect design. Can't wait to get this out on the water this week. If you are in the market for a board, be it a first or additional, then give Hatha a try. You will not be disappointed. Both of my other boards were each nearly £150 more expensive, but I would say that the Hatha is equal in quality from what I have had delivered."
