"Placed order for stairgate on 9th March. Still haven't recieved an ETA for delivery. Have contacted the company via email twice and via their own online form but no response. It's as if they are ghosting me. Meanwhile, my daughter is crawling, pulling herself up to stand and at risk everytime she is at the top of the stairs. Disgusting service, terrible company, won't even respond to my request for a refund."
