Our house is nicely decorated and comes with basic appliances. The monthly inspections allow us to communicate any concerns or issues that we have. Everyone is very approachable and friendly. "Student rooms 4 u is an amazing student accommodation company. They are really responsive with emails so any issues throughout the year have been resolved quickly. Utility bills are included in the room rental price which is a massive bonus as it’s easy to coordinate with fellow flatmates without causing quarrels. The team are lovely and during the monthly inspection visits are always up for a chat and listen to any issues. They also have parking available near by which is the cheapest for the area with security cameras so you can rest assured your car is safe. I would highly recommend them as an accommodation company for new or returning students."
