"Today I had my eye test in the Lee Mill branch and the lady was outstanding. I had to take my 2 year old with me and I was worried that would be an issue. However the lady was so patient, and even let my daughter watch the screens and try on the glasses. This, along with the good value for money, and the way I was treated today has made me a very happy customer. Excellent customer service and the kindness of the lady going above and beyond, is very much appreciated."

"I was informed that my glasses needed to be exchanged due to an error in the quality of the lenses. Unfortunately the frames I had are no longer available,so I would need to choose another pair. These were dearer than the original ones so unfortunately I would need to pay another £40! Then I was informed that the insurance was also dearer and I would be required to pay the difference. When I refused the assistant was adamant that it out of their hands ,but eventually agreed to deduct the Di from the bill. I don’t really think I should of had to pay anything as the error was made by specsavers, and not my fault that the frames are no longer available. .Not sure I would go to that particular branch again"

"Best staff ever. I had a bleed on my retina that they found, they referred me to the REI immediately and my GP. The GP was a waste of time but REI saw me in a few days. Treatment started within 2 weeks and sight saved in my eye. Plus the staff are so helpful and friendly every time I visit, highly recommended. First class service throughout from all staff."
