"Trying to charge a £250 damages fee but they don't tell you this after booking so we're left with a fee we didn't agree too, regardless of it being returned after the stay 250 ontop of the price of apartments is ridiculous, especially when you're not told about it!. They also ignore messages, emails and calls when trying to sort out any issues."

"We stayed here to get away from everything during Christmas. Penthouse is with great views of Belfast city and Belfast hills. Penthouse is pretty clean and followed disinfectant cleaning as well. Spacious bedrooms and well equiped kitchen with open plan. Balcony was great too which you can have morning tea enjoying the sunrise. Host Darin is a great guy and really helpful. Would definitely return soon."
