"Took my 5 westies here over 33 years and left £100’s in tips for the girls. I had a rescue cavachon last year and wouldn’t have her initially. Then changed mind and made excuse wouldn’t have her again cos when did head she played up. Excuse not to have her. She’s a 5 year old rescue and they made no allowance. If she doesn’t get groomed how’s she going to learn. Disappointed in way treated by Alice. She bordered on being nasty. They should be boycotted."
