After gathering stats from review websites and speaking to local agents, I narrowed down the shortlist to one agent - I recently had the pleasure of working with Jane and Sarah, at David James Estate Agents Arnold. "We recently sold our property in Arnold through David James and we found their service to be fantastic. We originally sold our property in early 2020 but due to the pandemic, we were not able to proceed. During this original sale, we also made use of one of the company directors, James to negotiate our purchase for us. We believe back then we wouldn’t have been able to get that property at that price. We also used yourmortgageshop services to find our mortgage for us. The appointment was quick and hassle free. During the recent sale we mainly dealt with Kerry in the Arnold office who we found to very professional.
