"Worst experience ever. Do not rent with this company. We had numerous problems during our time at the property they didn’t do anything to fix any of the problems listed. When we moved out they charged us a bill of over £600 for damages which we had not caused. We left the home spotless and they find a reason to charge anyway for everything they couldn’t give us any information we needed and took weeks to reply and kept adding more onto the bill. They knew about certain things which were their fault and they still blame you and charge you for them. They’re horrendously unprofessional and will scam you. Many tenets also had the same experience."
