"I really cannot believe this company exists, I have waited for 7 months to exchange, once the funds where sent to them they shut the office, 11 calls ignored by the solicitor, ignored the client's calls for weeks, rude receptionist. the client had to sit in the reception for three hours to make sure they exchanged, I could go on and on with the awful service they provided but it would fill pages, the only reason they have any stars is because you cannot issue minus stars. avoid this company. Terrible"

"Recently dealt with solicitor regarding sale and purchase of house. A lenghy process taking 18 months due to 2 timeswaters on the sale of property and a purchase where the owner couldnt legally sell. Finally found a property with no chain and a very smooth transaction with the solicitor acting on our behalf his clients at all times, in a proffesional manor. House sales can be a lengthy process but need to be conducted thoroughly to ensure all details are correct. The purchase of our house took 7 weeks so a quick conclusion."

"I was on the other side of a sale of my property and gillespies were my buyers solicitors. They were awful, unprofessional and would not answer calls to my solicitor to exchange contracts and complete on the agreed date. This caused it all to be delayed for a day due to their delays and their solicitors appearing to only work when they want to. 11am seemed to be the start time!!! My buyers said that they were very slow. An old fashioned and unprofessional firm with no customer service at all. Oh and no essence of time management."

"I recently sold my house and these represented my buyers. They were very poor at responding to my solicitors and the estate agents and were incredibly rude and obstructive over the phone. They held the sale up by a good few weeks. If you want a smooth house move, best avoid these."
