"Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about Colwyn and the showroom in newtonards. Firstly, the staff are just outstanding in knowing their stuff and getting things done. Our shower was easy to see in the showroom and order, and being able to see the shower heads in action was very helpful. When we had an issue with ordering a wrong part, and again when a runner cracked, Colwyn had everything sorted within the day, even arranging a plumber to come and fix the shower that day. Just incredible! They also remember every customer and what they sold them. They were slightly more expensive than another showroom we looked at, but we trusted these guys more, and Im glad we did. It was 100 percent the right choice for great customer service even following the purchase."
