"First of all, this is the only hairdressers that give me a haircut I like and can do what I ask for. They're also incredibly cheap in comparison to other places (for a short haircut). However, the staff can be a bit rough with your hair and scalp, and usually leave me feeling a bit raw + manhandled lol. There was a long wait for a walk-in last time I went, but appointments are usually easy enough to get if you aren't willing to wait. There was another customer vaping in the waiting area, though staff may not have noticed this."

"The stylist just insulted and laughed at my hair which was done by someone else in front of many other customers, very unprofessional to be honest bully tactics. No social distance between customers and no mask worn by the stylist place was stuffy and unclean looking."

"THE WORST SERVICE EVER. the staff there are so harsh with your hair. The manager is not professional or polite. I asked to get a quick trim and she yells at me because I didn't understand what she meant. They don't seem to have great service there and if you want to be treated like a human don't go there. I've been put off going to the hair dressers because of them."
